Ruby red with violet hues. Some garnet color develops with ageing. Intense and persistent, with the impression of raspberries and cherries smell. Warm and enveloping, with good body with the right amount of tannins with a delicate hint of grass taste.

The entire Parteolla region and areas surrounding it, characterized by medium caked soils composed of clayey limestone of Miocene origin, in an area of medium-altitude hills, sub-arid climate.
Preferably consumed young to appreciate all its gifts of freshness. It can, however be consumed over a period of two years from the harvest with no difficulty.
