WINE CHARACTERISTICS
Ruché di Castagnole Monferrato is harvested in mid October vinification is done in stainless steel tanks followed by 2 months in bottle it is one of the lowest production varietal wines in Italy (about 100 acres in Piemonte). It is also grown neighboring province of Alessandria. Although Bersano believe it is indigenous to Castagnole Monferrato.

TASTING NOTES
Deep red color with violet hues. Has an intensely aromatic nose that develops into more floral with initial notes of pepper and spice followed by wild berries. Medium bodied with a velvety finish
