Harvested in the 3rd week of August Grown in Agro Mazara del Vallo in calcerous and sandy soil the average age of the vines are 10 years old. Vinification is temperature controlled in small stainless steel tanks of 100 hl. And on the lees for 3 months followed by a 2 month bottle ageing.
Excellent with dishes based on fish and shellfish, ideal to accompany every special occasion.

Bright yellow color softened by greenish reflections, elegant bouquet that is intense and penetrating with notes of passion fruit, mint, pineapple and white peach. Very characteristic of Gorghi Tondi’s Grillo. Soft, well balanced and persistently fragrant with a lively acidity on the finish.
