This wine has a complex, elegant, harmonious structure with a straw yellow color and slightly golden tones. Scents of peach, golden apple, banana, and almond, followed by a scent of white flowers. Its acidity and fruitiness are very refined and well-balanced. Though dry in character, it has a pleasant, sweet aftertaste of dried fruits. A soft and mineral taste on the palate arrives at the end with notes of apricots and pears, with an almond aftertaste.

The wine goes well with the first courses from white meats and soft and seasoned cheeses and fish. Ready to drink immediately after opening, but it requires at least 10 minutes of decantation for the best enjoyment.

This special signature white dry wine is produced with an extra-long maceration and a very slow fermentation of the grapes' residue. It has a particularly great structure and freshness in the body.
