Tasting Notes:
Bright straw yellow with greenish hues. The bouquet is fragrant, with hints of pineapple, peach, and a note of apricot. Rich and packed in the mouth with a long fruity, and persistent aftertaste.
Gastronomy
Excellent for an aperitif, recommended with hors d' oeuvre, shellfish, and fish dishes. Very appreciated with Japanese sushi and sashimi.
Other Information
White wine of great elegance is produced with the Cortese grape varietal grown in the Pre-Apennines Hills of the Gavi village. These hills, which are located between Piedmont and Liguria, are favored by climatic conditions able to express the very best organoleptic characteristics of the varietal.
