Intense ruby red with slight orange hues. Classic style with an intense nose of spice and ripe fruit. Rich and persistent with delicate tannins, traces of leather, liquorice, and pepper. All matched the pleasant notes of dried violet and a hint of prunes.
Gastronomy:
A great wine to pair with game, lamb, elaborate main courses, truffle, and savory cheeses.
Excellent aging potential (10 to 20 years).
