An intense, ruby red wine. Pleasing fragrances of cherries and garnet, with elegantly light notes of herbs and tobacco. The taste is graceful and refined, complex in the body with notes of thyme, black chokeberry, blackberries, and cherries.

Pairs well with red meats, game, and mature cheeses. Also can be enjoyed on its own. Ready to drink immediately after opening, but requires at least 30 minutes of decantation for the best enjoyment.
