Fresh plum aromas on the nose. Great presence on the palate, well rounded with just the right amount of tannic grip to give it a long smooth finish.

Excellent with aged cheeses and grilled meats.
Best served at 17 °C or 64 °F.
Other Information
The Montalcino became one of the first Italian wine regions to receive DOCG status. However, Brunello di Montalcino wines must age at least two years in barrels and a further 6 months in bottle to receive DOCG status.
