Tasting Notes:
The nose has low-to-medium intensity with hints of flowers, red berries, citrus fruit, lemon, and green pepper. The dry taste balances the acidity, red berries, citrus fruit, and minerals on the palate-the perfect accommodation on a summer day.
Gastronomy
Pairs exceptionally well together with shellfish, vegetarian dishes, appetizers, aperitifs, and cured meats.
